Victim 46 was a male aged over 20 years.

The body was found near the triclinium between the 31st of May and the 7th of June 1961.

Victim 43 was in front of victims 44 and 45, beyond which were victims 46 and 47.

Maiuri imagined that he was the  adolescent son of the couple victim 43 and victim 45.

The body cast does not present any distinctive bodily features, and the extremities have barely suggested shapes.
